This place was perfect for my work trip in West Texas. I love staying in Alpine and this is located right off the main road. Super clean, plenty of kitchen items (I like to cook), and a nice, quiet space.

The Hummingbird Cottage was perfect for my wife, me and our setter. The gated yard was great for unloading and loading, security, and allowed us to let our dog out in the evening without worry. It was very clean, had awell stocked kitchen, and is designed perfectly for travelers needing comfortable, temporary 'home." Jennifer's efforts deserved our 5 stars.

We enjoyed our stay at Hummingbird cottage. The place was clean, lots of kitchen items, nice size refrigerator, great toiletry items, everything a unit should have. Our only issue was after a long day out, we wanted to watch some tv and just chill out. The tv was a Roku setup, so we werent able to really watch any. All the channels we tried wanted log in info, so at 10:30 at night we just gave up. We didnt want to bother the host at that time of night. After staying at two hotels that we also had issues with the tv, prior to this stay, it was frustrating for us. I would still highly recommend the cottage for everything else!

We had a very pleasant and peaceful stay. The cottage was cozy and very clean. I loved having the private driveway and outdoor space for my small dog. Enjoyed coffee in the morning on the porch while my puppy explored. Aveda toiletries was a very nice bonus! Won't think twice about booking again!

Hummingbird Cottage was a perfect base to explore West Texas and the Big Bend area. Jenny was a great host and was quick to answer any questions or concerns we had. Cottage was very clean and supplied with with every kitchen utensil and linens one would need. After a long day of exploring, it was nice to return to the peacefulness of Hummingbird Cottage
