A lovely cottage and village. Easy to find with parking outside. Tasteful and cosy. Comfortable beds and excellent (easy to use) shower. Kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of room for five. Great location for the Dales. Local Co op, chip shop and hotel/pub for eating out. Such a clean cottage. No problems at all but Lydia was easily contactable. Would very happily return.

We had a great stay. The place was spotless and the couple of queries we had Lydia was responsive too. The place was good value for us as a couple let alone if you filled all the beds.

Really, really enjoyed our stay at Lydia’s immaculately decorated cottage in Gargrave. Everything was perfect and cannot fault it. Comfortable beds & bedding, good shower/bathroom, well stocked kitchen etc. Would stay again!

Lydia’s property is perfect if you are looking for a relaxing retreat with nice local immunities, but somewhere that’s close to other areas of Yorkshire. We loved our stay. Lydia is also a great host. She is responsive and helpful, and was very accommodating towards us. A pleasure to stay in her home.
