Hitesh's place was extremely clean nd Hitesh was really helful throughout the stay. The place is really spacious with all the needed amenities, exactly like its photos and has a great vibe. Apart from all this, what made our stay exceptional was Hitesh's humbleness nd his helpful nature. Caretaker Ram was also really helpful nd a really really soft spoken man, was always available just at a phn call during the stay.

We stayed as a family and the place was really clean and approachable. Host was very friendly accommodating and approachable. The help was also very good. all in all it was a really good property. we had a lovely stay and would love to visit again.

It was great experience to stay here - hosted by Hitesh at Heritage Holiday Homes Arpora Goa. Stayed for 3 days . Managers are available 24x7 .Host Hitesh is also available @ one Whatssapp msg . Location is very good . Property is exactly as per description given is site . Property is spacious with all amenities . Suitable for family , friend any kind of grp . Anytime goa again will surely look for staying here only . Thanks Hitesh . Rating 6 out of 5 .

We ( family of 6 person) , had an amazing and comfortable stay at the property. The place is very closeby to Baga and Calangute beach. The apartment was fully equipped with all the essentials that one would have at their own homes. Hitesh, the owner, took care of everything. He was constantly in contact with me throughout the trip and even before our arrival , so that a comfortable stay could be arranged for us. The staff ( Ram ji) ,was very helpful,showed us the entire apartment and made sure that we were satisfied with everything. He was always just a call away. It was a home away from home. Would recommend everyone to pick this place for a cozy and comfortable stay in North Goa ! Once again thanks hitesh(owner) sir . ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ extremely happy 😊
