Liked location, amenities, and size. Did not like lack of cleanliness. There was an issue the Host was upfront about, but regular cleaning is only superficial leaving dirt under furniture, around edges, etc. We also got rid of a few large bugs.

The house was clean and it was a convenient travel distance to many points of interest. Instructions for the house were straightforward. Our main dislikes with the house were related to how outdated many of the features were. The beds were old spring mattresses that weren’t very comfortable. The entertainment set up was extremely outdated. The projector in the basement was emphasized as a high point of the venue, but it was virtually unusable due to limited connectivity and the age of the equipment. Also if you plan on staying with guests, don’t bring more than 2 cars. Space is extremely limited.

will definitely consider again for my next Asheville trip. came to stay with my gf for how birthday weekend and the place has a nice layout. enjoyed the fire pit on cold nights. very private location, on a dead end, surrounded by trees. multiple decks and plenty of space. very clean bathrooms. lots of stairs FYI if you have bad knees, but realistically it looked like every house in Asheville has a lot of stairs since it's in the mountains. clear instructions from Bobby and good suggestions for food etc. all ij all would recommend to a friend and would stay again.
