Check in was very easy and smooth, the place was easy to find even in the dark. The driveway is extremely steep so that is something i feel people should be aware of. Our first worry was the door locks, the main door opens from the inside, but has no deadbolts or additional locks to make us feel safe. Meaning anyone with the code is able to come in. bathrooms were clean When we first walked in immediately, noticed cobwebs in every corner and on lights. The walls were not clean, found many marks and splatters. Crumbs were left on every chair and on the floor. The bedding is extremely poor, pilling, stained and threads poking out. To top it off we spotted many spiders and a ROACH before contacting airbnb support, and thank god they got us into a hotel for the night! I didn’t contact the host because this was not a quick fix. We stayed for around 30/45 mins before leaving. After driving 12hrs and 10+ hrs ahead of us, this was disappointing, dirty and downright gross. I have pictures

Florencia’s place was wonderful! Clean and tidy! Great for a quiet girls’ weekend of shopping and wandering downtown. Away from the hustle and bustle but just 10 mins away from anywhere you could want to go. 10/10 would stay again.
