Amazing location and very relaxing atmosphere. Lots to do inside and even more outside. Most definitely a destination. Slept like a rock in the master bedroom. Comfy place!! Super dog friendly!

The place was perfect. it was nice to be beside the creek and it was fully stocked with all the kitchen equipment needed. would definitely recommend.

The house is spacious and appointed with some basics. Some attention has been given to decor and organization, but unfortunately, it did not look, feel or smell clean. I am not super particular or meticulous, but the house really needs a good scrub; e.g., dirty floors, visible fingerprints on doors and walls, hair and gunk in drawers, etc. It smelled strongly of doggos past and was stuffy and very warm. The A/C can’t be set below 70 degrees and the plumbing is…finicky, with warnings about both posted throughout the house. (When I texted the host about the heat, they directed me to a fan, which did loudly provide minimal comfort.) We were disappointed that the hot tub wasn’t ready for use, and the surrounding area had also been neglected. Caution tape hung over a dilapidated walkway. Overall, the condition of the home and utilities were disappointing given the nightly rate, cleaning fees and pet fees.

We had a great stay with kids and dogs in tow! The house was casual and comfortable, which is exactly what we were looking for. Our favorite factors were the hot tub right beside the creek and being only 12 mins from downtown Asheville. We'd definitely stay again!

This place was perfect for My daughter and I for a long weekend:). It was so close to everything we wanted to do and the house was super cozy and comfortable:) would stay here again
