If you have the opportunity to stay here you should - sloths, macaws, frogs, lizards and beautiful birds are everywhere! If you like staying in nature with great amenities and a beautiful pool this is the place, it felt so peaceful and remote but was only a short drive into La Fortuna. We stayed with our baby and two year old son and Irene was the perfect host, very responsive to our questions and was able to resolve a small issue with the pool very quickly. A fantastic family stay!

This place is amazing. If you are a nature lover, it will not disappoint! We spent most of our time sitting out front with binoculars taking in the abundance of wildlife around. The bed was very comfortable, the a/c a welcome respite, the shower had excellent pressure, and the furnishings great. The kitchen was pretty well stocked, but could have used a few items for guests that cook and want to hold leftovers. There was coffee and sugar, but no other basic cooking supplies. The pool is not a traditional pool with a filter system so expect to find some frogs as well as other floaters. Although a caretaker came by every couple of days to clean it up. The road to get there is not paved and can be a little bumpy, but not a problem if you take your time. It is about 25 minutes from La fortuna and not really in walking distance of the town center, so a car is a must. We liked that it was away from the touristy areas and was quiet, but that might not be for everyone. We will be back!

Wow such a Beautiful place out in the Nature, with a cute river on the side of the property. Amazing Pool larger them we taught. My kids Saw 2-3 sloths on the trees one with a baby hanging. We even stayed more days because my kids (8,6,2) really enjoyed it here. Its about 15-20 minutes from Fortuna, but honestly this little town felt so safe everyone is so friendly here. You have Food close by and a few grocery stores. Dont forget your Bug spray its a must!. The only thing is that the road to get there is a bit bumpy but nothing a 4x4 cant handle, a car rental is 100% recommended. Beds were comfy, Cabin was good in size and plenty of beds. The stove took a while to get hot so cooking big meals is not the best here, We didnt cook here just ate out everyday for that reason. Overall great Experience will be returning. Thanks Irene,

Amazing place pictures don’t do it justice. Super clean, beautiful property. Was just two of us but perfect for multi family vacation. There is a cute outdoor play set and kids reading nook! Felt like living in our future dream home

Merveilleux ! Nous avons passé quelques jours dans cette cabane. Nous ne regrettons rien! Tout était parfait. Et le plus ! Nous avons vu plein d'animaux de près dont un paresseux. Merci 🙌🏼
