Cozy and beautiful! We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a bit difficult to get in and out of town without a rental car so I would recommend renting a car for your time here if you want to do day trips.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The bushes were just thick enough that it gave complete privacy from the traffic on the road whether we were on the front porch, back deck, under the carport, or in the pool. The AC kept up very well, so that was great too. We’d recommend this stay!

We loved our stay here! Very spacious and the pool was perfect for our family. The water was clean, and warm. Bedrooms had an ac that ran great but the rest of the house only had a fan so made the rest of the space a bit warm for us! House was very clean, beds were perfect. We loved the extra pool towels. The laundry room was a huge plus with a seperate washer and dryer that worked well. We felt very secure here. Only trouble was we did get ants the first night despite not eating or cooking in the living room near bedrooms. They were coming in from a weird wall space. Not a huge issue as we just got bug spray, but would be good for the Airbnb host to keep this on hand in the laundry room away from kids. It’s also possible they had it and we just didn’t ask. Oscar was super informative and helpful. He arranged a shuttle pickup from San Jose which brought us to our place. We would book again. You do need a rental car for this place. Taxis would be hard to get

This is a nice big house about 10 minutes from downtown La Fortuna. It’s not fancy but was very clean and comfortable. There’s AC in the two bedrooms and the units easily cooled the whole house. The only negative was street noise. It’s on a side road but it is still a little busy. The noise wasn’t that bad, though. My family really enjoyed our stay!

We loved staying at Casa Heliconias! The pool and outside seating areas were so beautiful and our 8 yo and 5 yo were always in the pool. It felt like our own private resort. The inside was clean and looked just like the photos. The laundry room was brand new and had high end, high efficiency washer and dryer. We felt very safe and it felt private. The road noise was present as other reviews have noted but we still would definitely stay here again.
