Overall, this is a very beautiful home! The place was extremely nice and exceeded my expectations! The beds were very comfortable and it had a very spacious kitchen with everything you will need! The host was very responsive and helpful whenever we had a question or concern. We would definitely book again!

The host/ manager have a strong attention to detail. We particularly liked the koi pond and the friendly fish that were always happy to see us. Details including leaving fish food for us to feed and bond with the fish. There were relaxing and luxury details throughout the house. Truly enjoyable.

Modern, spacious and beautiful Airbnb! Great location very near to University of Florida. The heated pool and spacious back yard was where we spent the majority of our time. Plenty of seating for everyone. The waterfall was relaxing to listen to. The koi pond was as a delight - we enjoyed feeding them. Plenty of seating in the living room for everyone. I liked the no shoe policy as we have the same in our home. We would highly recommend this Airbnb!

This house is amazing. You feel like you are in Miami, but it is Gainesville Florida. The toilets are a whole new experience...one of the best features. The furnishings, yummy blankets, games, pool, spa-like bathrooms, and overall aesthetic is INSTA WORTHY!! The pool is nice and heated, and the outdoor firepit made it nice on those cool spring/fall Florida nights. I have stayed here twice, and I will stay anytime I am in the area. They think of everything, coffee, hot cocoa, fish food for the koi fish, games, cozy blankets, laundry, and high level entertainment options. I would not stay anywhere else when I am in this area...only thing missing is a hot tub!!
