Surf-inspired house, 150mt from beach, located in a quite zone in Huanchaco. Each room features its own en-suite bathroom with hot water. The house has a nice view of the ocean from the top floor terrace. For those who like to surf or who would like to try out surfing, you will find surf racks and a shower at the entrance of the house for easier rinsing. The house has a garage that can fit up to two medium cars while there is also space on the street for more cars. Pets welcome. The house has 3 floors. On the first floor, before entering the house, there is an area that can be used to install a table or a hammock. Once inside you can find a living room, a guest bathroom and then a dining room and an open kitchen. The garage area features surfboard racks and a shower. The second floor gives you access to 3 bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathroom with hot shower. The master room includes also a small balcony and its own TV. On the third floor there are 2 more rooms and a cozy terrace especially adapted so you can take advantage of the ocean view to relax while reading a book or sipping a cup of coffee. The entrance of the house has been used for BBQ and have a good time under the sun.

Fui junto con mis amig@s por Año Nuevo ¡Excelente lugar! nos encantó la casa, Oswaldo muy amable. La casa bien ubicada, cerca al malecón y el barrio muy tranquilo.
Todo estuvo muy bien. Y hubo bastante espacio, las personas son muy amables. Solo hubo 2 incidentes, justamente cuando llegamos no había agua a nivel de todo el distrito. Y el segundo fue con el lavadero de la cocina, cuando nos lo entregaron estaba goteando y al parecer este incidente venía de reservas anteriores pero había pasado desapercibido.
The hosts Marcia and Oswaldo were the best hosts ever! From the moment Marcia greeted us we knew this was going to be an amazing place. Marcia was so helpful and made us feel so at home! The home was even better than described and is the perfect place for families or groups. It is close to a killer surf spot and a great central location if you want to go to Chicama or Pacos Mayo. It is also close to tons of restaurants and really cute coffee houses. The kitchen is fully equipped and is so big that everyone felt like they had tons of space. We will be back for sure and will only stay here!
La casa está bien equipada para preparar todo en casa. Los anfitriones son muy buenos y considerados siempre en contacto con uno para resolver cualquier duda o problema que se tenga durante la estadía de manera inmediata. Los cuartos y camas cómodas. Está cerca al malecón y de lugares para salir a caminar de manera cómoda y segura. En general, fue una muy buena elección.

Even though the house is located in a quite area of Huanchaco, it is located within quick access to various restaurants and corner shops. Also close by are surf academies and "caballitos de totora", small traditional boats for rent.
Huanchaco is within a 10-minute ride from the airport. To get there you can use public transport or taxi.

I am surfer with vast experience hosting people from around the world. I enjoy fishing and surfing. We're an easygoing family who like to share Huanchaco's attractions with our guests, especially those who like outdoor activities. I am always ready to give surfing tips and take our guests to nearby beaches such as Chicama and Pacasmayo. Eu falo português.
