What can I say about Catherine's home other than perfection. From the moment you walk in its like "wow! look at that! and that!!" This home has everything you need. I mean everything! Every seasoning imaginable. Plenty of cooking supplies, coffee, the list goes on! If you need it, Catherines got it that's for sure. The pool was sssooo amazing and the heating was a plus!!! The hot tub was so relaxing while sipping on a glass of wine looking at the stars. There is an orange tree that has the sweetest juiciest oranges I've ever had! I had a fresh squeezed mimosa every morning. The lake is so serene and has huge fish and turtles! We saw a variety of different birds. It was so beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing!!! I can keep going on and on. I will definitely be visiting Miss Catherines home again!

This home feels luxurious and peaceful. My family stays in rentals in the Phoenix area multiple times a year and this place was hands down #1 with price considered. We all gasped when we saw the back yard all lit up and the infinity pool glowing and the lake reflecting. The lake draws all kinds of birds to watch while you float around the very well heated pool or while soaking in the hot tub with powerful jets. I loved the little herb garden off the kitchen, which really is well stocked with utensils and small appliances and even has many items you will need for cooking, like oil and salt, etc. The TVs are easy to operate, which is rare in a rental these days. You will love the bathroom in the master suite with plenty of storage and closets and a neat shower with 3 different modes. Comfy beds! Catherine was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. My questions were few because they provide a very clear and well described manual

Catherine and her husband were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were very accommodating in scheduling the pool heating to our schedule for our granddaughter. We loved the outdoor space. We would love to experience it again when the weather is nicer. We appreciated the flexibility in checking in and out.
