Beautiful and cozy! We would go back in a heartbeat!
My wife and I stayed 2 nights for my birthday, we enjoyed the stay very much! the tiny home was perfect for the two of us and made for a relaxing birthday. I was very pleased with our stay and hope to make it back soon!
My husband and I loved staying at Micheal and Samantha’s place. Very peaceful and quiet surroundings. Everything was super simple and easy to find. They were proactive in giving us all the information we needed before hand and made you aware they are available if/when needed. The tiny home itself is just that, a tiny home. Very clean and well kept with only the things you need. Functional kitchenette with the basics and a cozy lofted bed. Fair warning the bathroom is small so make sure you’re comfortable with whoever you’re staying with 😅 the shower is also very small. Both my husband and I are not tall people by any means ( I’m 5’2 and he’s 5’10 for reference) and we felt cramped in the shower BUT the water is perfect and can get super hot if you want which was amazing. Not much to do in the area but that’s exactly what we were hoping for. If you’re looking for beautiful views and a peaceful stay this is your place!
Amazing time and an amazing location!
For our two nights there, the location was ideal. The house is tiny yet fully furnished.We were taken aback by their efficient use of space and their flawless integration of everything. The location was really tidy and spotless.

自我介绍
Michael: I completely fell in love with this area of the country after hiking a third of the Appalachian Trail in 1999. I love the rural mountain life and so enjoy the unique flavor of Damascus, VA and Boone, NC areas. So after a career in industrial construction and owning a small residential construction business I bought a rough piece of land here in 2010 and built a small cottage. In 2016, I quit the grind and moved to the area full time. I currently work as a carpenter and custom craftsman. Samantha: As a food scientist and a natural health practitioner, I love to teach and educate people about how to enhance their health and prevent disease naturally. I also work at a local garden and landscape center making floral containers of all sizes and helping customers choose and care for their plants. Foraging and collecting wild and medicinal foods is one of my hobbies. I love the outdoors and spend my free time hiking and exploring nature. Follow me on IG @listeningflower.
