The place was alright and clean. Could have had better utensils and plates in the kitchen. Fridge did not work but the care taker replaced it after a few hours. Surroundings not so good, the beach was dirty. We had the place for two days, and the first day was fine. The second day though destroyed the experience totally as there was a big party being arranged for the evening at the property with big speakers on the veranda with sound checks and very loud music, so loud that it was hard to communicate inside the house. There were also power cuts for hours during the afternoon of our last full day as they arranged things with the generator (I assume related to the party) during the afternoon. We decided to vacate the house in the early evening of the last day but even though we contacted the host he did not accept to give us any compensation for the sever inconvenience. While the house was fine, I can’t recommend the place at all after this experience.

This is a property which feels past its best days. Rooms, common spaces are lavishly sized and the place is right on the beach so with a bit of love, this could be a truly special place. However it hasn't been maintained well. E.g. the shower tap in my bathroom was almost broken- it would work only in one very specific position. Another tap was broken - it was repaired on request but not before the caretaker tried to make us pay for it on the pretext that we must have broken it! The refrigerator was fidgety. We tried to freeze some ice which initially worked before the freezer turned so hot that it felt in danger of burning out (and yes, a loose shut fridge door was not the problem, we checked). The kitchen was generously sized but under provisioned. Cutlery, drinking mugs, cooking utensils, were too few for a house of this size or for a party of our size (3 families). All this may be Ok if the place were cheap but we paid ~50K for 2 nights. Did not feel great V4Money.

We recieved the property with more than an hour's delay. it was unclean. there was leakage from roofs, walls, bathroom walls. The floor wasnt mopped and the kitchen look unkempt. there was no enoughblankets provided andthe AC remote was not available for all rooms. gaming equipments, induction stove and microwave was provided only after reminders.
