This beach villa was right next to the beach with great sea view. It’s spacious with 4 bedrooms in first floor & 1 bedroom in ground floor. Has good amenities / activities like swimming pool, table tennis, snooker, volleyball, etc. The villa had some maintenance issues as we faced some plumbing issue in almost all the bathrooms. The care takers attended to it swiftly. Location is very good & accessible to cover Mahabalipuram & other tourist places. Food delivery available through swiggy or the care takers can refer some local restaurants. This villa could be better value for money if the maintenance is improved. Overall our family had a good time & enjoyed our stay here.

Overall the place was good and the swimming pool was clean and beautiful...but the maintenence of the plumbing work etc was bad. If all those issues are fixed it would be a perfect place to holiday with family. Few basic amenities also have to be given to make the stay a little more comfortable.

We stayed here for a night for a get-together. The property was lovely! All the rooms were clean and tidy. The host, Vijay, was really kind to guide us through and check-in went real smooth with the property housekeeper Renuga. The location was stunning - just a 2 minute walk to the beach in front. I will visit again and highly recommended for long stays and private functions.

LONG POST ALERT!! Those who don’t have time to read the long review can skip this and please be ready to waste your time and money over this Villa. Those who really have concern about your time overstaying and money, kindly spare few minutes by reading it. We stayed there for two days, which is filled with unpleasant days and full of lies. Below I have mentioned the problems we have faced chronologically. It’s not Individual Premise: Firstly, when we booked the entire villa, they have assured that the premise will be utilized by only us and we thought that even the open space (about 2.5 acres) is also for us. Later when we reached there, we were stunned to see two Villas inside the compound, which means all the 2.5 acres will be shared by both the Villa people. Wrong Villa Given: The next problem we witnessed is the villa given to us is Villa ‘B’ and the picture shown to us is Villa ‘A’. Villa B has a very normal exterior when compared to other.  (Interior for both the Villa are same but exterior and roof is totally different.) Check in Time Problem: They made us to wait for one hour after check in time (1 PM) No WIFI: There is no Wi-fi, but in Airbnb it is mentioned that WIFI is there. Even to order food, we were struggling to the core because none of the fastest networks works either. So WIFI is a mandatory asset there, which went missing. No Bathing Kit: Out of all the Chaos, when we checked the refreshing kit we were stunned again because there is none provided. Only when we enquired they had filled it up. Expired Toothpaste: The most killing one it the toothpaste provided by them is expired by two months.  That’s not rest room, that’s waste room: Out of all the 5 rest rooms, none of them has working shower and three of the rest rooms has no lock. Just imagine a rest room without lock and shower.  Geysers with Cold Water: 4 out of 5 rest room has a revolutionary kind of geysers which supplies cold tap water instead of hot water. Television without full package: All the TV has a dish connection which in turn has very minimal options of channels. Even when we tried to recharge it doesn’t work. Cloudy Pool: The roof top pool is not clean and clear. It’s so cloudy which made us worry to step in. No Shuttle: The shocking thing is, there is no Shuttle court available in the whole 2.5. acre. No Volleyball: They don’t even know the difference between football and Volleyball. Instead of Volleyball they have given a decade old Foot Ball that too without air. Carrom Board without Striker: They have handed over the carrom board with all the coins but there is no striker. At the time of we get the striker, we have already checked out. Cricket without Stumps: They just gave us Two stumps; I repeat just Two stumps and one Adult Bat, and no ball was given. Thankfully we personally brought all the stuffs so we at least Managed. Table Tennis: If you see the quality of TT bat and ball, you will prefer to waste time by sleeping rather than playing TT. Open BBQ Coal: Instead of giving us the BBQ coal they had given normal wood chunks. This really wasted around 4 hours of time. Out of all the things they had promised, nothing was perfect. The only one thing which we liked is the interior of the Villa is good. If there is a chance of giving verdict to the place, we will surely go for the highest negative value. Even after reading this if you are ready for this adventurous stay BEST OF LUCK MATE.
