Boasting 2 main bedrooms (both with en suites) plus a loft bedroom, you'll feel "away from it all" while still being in close proximity to Franklin and Nashville. The experience at Lindisfarne Glen lends itself to peaceful relaxation, deep rejuvenation, and unwinding from the stresses of modern life. This isn't your typical, run-of-the-mill property. It’s a rustic, “woodsy” retreat with years of history. The nature of the cabin & grounds means you may come across an occasional cricket, spider web, etc, but that's part of being in a charming forest location. There are 3 bedrooms (2 main bedrooms + loft bedroom with a pull out couch), 2.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining area, detached writer's/kid's cabin and an expansive wrap around porch with rocking chairs. 3 BEDROOMS: Important note: all of the bedrooms require stairs to access The 1st main bedroom is located on the lower level and features a King Bed w/ an en suite. You'll also find a picturesque garden view, window-facing bathtub, expansive windows w/ ample natural light, and lounge sofa. The 2nd main bedroom (also on the lower level) features a Queen Bed as well as an en suite, garden views, small seating area, and clothing/storage closet. The airy, top-level loft features vaulted ceilings, a full-size pullout sofa bed with brand new mattress, mattress topper and bedding, lounge chair, smart TV and DVD player. A favorite space for the kiddos! BATHROOMS: There is a half bath on the main level and 2 full baths downstairs in both bedrooms. The 1st main bedroom comes with a gorgeous tub with swinging windows which look out to the back gardens. LIVING AREA: The living area features ample seating, vaulted ceilings and unique touches. The vibe is rustic yet comfortable, and is the perfect setting for quality family time, reading, writing, prayer, or meditation. ***The fireplace is not functional*** The airy, top-level loft features vaulted ceilings, a large sofa sofa, lounge chair, TV and DVD player. KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked with full size fridge, stove, cookware, dishwater, flatware, counter height stools and plenty of counter space. It’s equipped with a Keurig coffee maker. In the dining area adjacent to the kitchen you’ll find a rustic dining table which seats 6, plus 3 counter height stools. OUTDOOR AREAS: The sweeping wrap-around deck has outdoor seating with rocking chairs, writing table and sofa swing with a custom stained glass window. The kid’s/writer’s mini cabin is 8x9 and has a small porch area, lounge cushion, twinkle lights, and a small loft with ladder. There are cushions that can be put down to create a lounge/daybed, but it's not necessarily recommended for sleeping. The back garden provides a peaceful space for for meandering walks. We have a ring camera installed at the entryway for guest security. WIFI + CELL SERVICE There is Wifi at the cabin, though it's not the fastest and may lag at times. Cell service is generally fine, but may lag at times depending on your carrier. WASHER + DRYER There is a full-size washer and dryer at the property for your convenience.
