We had a great stay in the AirBNB. The place was clean and the beds were so comfortable. John was a great host and was always available to answer questions. This place was beautiful!

I can't say enough good things about Johns place. I only wish we stayed in the summer to enjoy more of the amenities. I highly recommend anyone deciding to stay in the area to stay here for their adventure.

Beautiful place nestled into the woods. Great location if you want to see some beautiful landscape but still be close to Nashville. This location was 15 minutes to Franklin and 40 minutes to Nashville. We enjoyed the drive to this place and the peacefulness of the location. The house was SUPER clean and felt very open and functional. It was a bit cold when we went but we were able to use the hot tub. Once it warms up using the pool would be an additional plus to this location. John welcomed us when we arrived and showed us around the house. He was very responsive when we had any questions. We traveled with our 3 teen kids and my in-laws and had an amazing time. Will definitely return and recommend to others. I think this location in the fall would absolutely beautiful. Thank you John for allowing to stay in your place and enjoy our vacation.

We had an amazing stay for five nights at John & Renee's beautiful guest home. Even before we arrived, they were incredibly communicative and accommodating. The interior of the home was in impeccable condition. We couldn't find a speck of dust or dirt if we tried. John greeted us upon arrival, and gave us a tour of the home, along with a brief rundown of places and attractions to visit in the area. It was the perfect place to escape and reset in a quiet and peaceful setting. We had a hard time leaving, and would gladly stay again!

Beautiful home and location! John was very accommodating and responsive to our requests. Great trails, enjoyed walking them. He was very helpful in accommodating my elderly mother who needed to sleep in a recliner. She liked that chair so much, I think she might purchase one.
