Much more spacious than we were expecting. Clean and pleasant with a homely feel. Carlo was very responsiveness when we had questions about check in, which made me feel much more at ease. We would definitely recommend staying here to our friends and family. It’s very likely that we would stay again.

We went to visit friends for a short stay and this property was ideal for that. We were very comfortable. Parking and proximity to the centre of Forres was great.

Very enjoyable stay in well equipped, clean and cosy apartment. Easy to find and parking within very short distance. Ideal for a few nights exploring Forres or surrounding area.

Positives: Generally a nice place, I liked the set up its a great location and the host was very nice and communicated well. The place felt cosy and I liked how things were set up around the flat. The living room is really big, with a great size smart TV and sofa. I had a dinner and watched a film in there and felt really comfy. Negatives: On the first night I noticed that plates had fingerprints all over and some dry food stuck to the bottom so had to some dishes. Microwave clearly had bits of food stuck inside from previous uses. I think that TV in the bedroom is broken, I couldnt watch anything because the screen was going funny. Also, there were few basic things which would have made my stay a little nicer, like a body wash in the bathroom, or a hand soap in the kitchen, more coffee and sugar. Commentary: place felt a little dark, the bathroom would definitely benefit from a stronger light. Had to do my make up in the kitchen.
