La casa és espectacular i en una ubicació immillorable. Però li falta MOLT de manteniment en general. S'hauria de fer algún tractament d'humitats a la paret de la 1a habitació amb el WC. Segurament l'agència vol treure el màxim profit a nivell econòmic sense fer-hi massa manteniment i t'adones que, encara que sigui una casa ben situada i bonica, no val el que demanen per la falta de manteniment.

We had a wonderful week in the apartment. I was worried after some of the reviews but it was perfect. Everything was spotless and it had all that we needed. It was very quiet, and felt private even though people are walking and cycling past all the time. It was nice to be away from the crowds in the centre of Cambrils and it is only a 15 minute walk to get there. The apartment is a wonderful place to watch the moon rising. The only criticism I would have is that there was only one sunbed, with no cushion on it. We would definitely go back again and would highly recommend it.

emplacement au top avec la grande terrasse. malgre un problème avec une salle de bain la société de location a ete tres réactive et nous a proposé plusieurs options commerciales. petit point negatif l isolation du bruit avec le logement du haut et un peu d odeur d humidite. bien équipe avec lave linge , lave vaisselle etc... si vous voulez etre face àla mer et les vagues 👍👍
