We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Caapi Cottage. It is a beautiful and peaceful spot. Nature abounds. The cottage is charming, and has everything one needs to cook a meal and get a good night's sleep. Tim and Jessica are fantastic people and hosts. Loved our stay, and hope to visit again!

We loved our time at Caapi lodge. We were excited about our stay based on the description but the words and the pictures cannot describe the feel of the land and the hospitality of our hosts. It exceeded our already high expectations. Loved it.

This is a special place! Surrounded by rainforest and serenaded by frogs we spent three relaxing days at Jessica and Tim’s unique cottage. It feels a million miles away from the real world and provided a respite from the madness of carnival. Our walk along (in) the river to the local waterfall was a special experience. Thanks for suggesting it Tim. We got used to sharing the cottage with beetles and ‘our’ lizard and even had a firefly one evening. A very unusual stay.

Caapi Cottage Retreats is a truly magical place, where you feel immersed in the rainforest, with the ever-present chorus of a waterfall, birds, and tree frogs. The views are stunning, as are the abundant tropical fruits growing on the property and the magnificent waterfalls you can walk to and swim under. Jessica and Tim are very knowledgeable and warm hosts. So thrilled that we chose Caapi Cottage Retreats for our family vacation.
