Excellent location and a great place to stay in Groningen to visit the city. The house is clean and spacious. It is well equipped and it felt like being at home. Boes and Annemarie have been very communicative hosts and they responded very quickly, and they were very nice both at the check-in and check-out. We are very grateful that they were very welcoming during the check-in.

This place is great, it's so central, Mr Boes and Mrs Annamarie is so welcoming and friendly. Location is five minutes from the train station, its so near to city centre, supermarket and bakery, ice cream just next doors. Rooms are large, airy and clean. There is a kitchen to use and a dining area with balcony. There is super beautiful park infront of the house, you could just stroll in the morning or evening to get to the city centre. If we visit Groningen again, we would definitely return. Thank you host!💛

An absolutely gorgeous, cosy and homely place to stay. Everything was clean, bedding and beds were very comfortable and warm, and fantastic location by the park and walking distance to city centre. Highly recommend!

super plek om met een groep vriendinnen herinneringen op te halen van onze studententijd in Groningen. vrijwel in het Noorderplantsoen, 100 meter van een supermarkt en met 20 minuten midden in de binnenstad. het huis is ruim en heel netjes en schoon. service met koffie en thee van het huis. fijne douche en alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt.
