Lynda's place was perfect for our family to stay. We had two adults and an infant. The place itself was clean, and everything worked well. Kitchen, wi-fi, shower, murphy bed, we had no difficulty using anything. The location is amazing. About a 5 minute walk from the beach and 20 minute walk from Stearn's Wharf, we had a great time.

Just as described and better. Light filled living room, comfy bed, well equipped kitchen, great view, amazing sunsets and close to everything. Thank you for an amazing visit. We will be back!

Such a fantastic place to stay! The one bedroom apartment is quite spacious for the area. We took full advantage of spending time on the balcony, in the sun room and cooking meals in the kitchen. You can see the ocean from various parts of the apartment. It’s close to the ocean and various markets. Train runs by every now and then but you don’t notice it much in the evening. Neighbors are super nice here too! 10/10 recommend.

This Airbnb offers a great location in Santa Barbara being just 1-1/2 blocks off the beach. And the apartment is very spacious with both a living room and a sun room. The sun room offers a great view with a peak at the ocean, where we enjoyed sunset on many evenings. It gets pretty cold in the mornings and hot in the afternoons but a heater and air conditioner are there to set the right temperature. The decor includes relics from the family which date the space, and yet we loved this historical aspect of the home. Lynda is also a perfect host and will make sure your stay is enjoyable. We highly recommend this Airbnb and can’t wait to come again.
