This was our first trip to New Caledonia. The house was lovely and spacious and suited our family of 5. Poe beach is a little way from large supermarkets etc but the kitchen is well equipped to cater for yourself. Close by the are 2 small restaurants and a shop for everyday supplies. Thank you Sylvie for providing towels as an extra (as we were coming from Australia we didn’t need to pack them). Thanks too for showing us the secret track to the amazing beach just across the road. For other Australian guests I would recommend bringing a chromecast or similar as the tv is all in French. Also bring your own snorkel as we couldn’t find any nearby and the reef is amazing.
