John was very responsive and helpful. The house is in a very quiet garden and the pool and verandah are wonderful assets! However, the location was a little more out-of-the-way than we had epected and unfortunately most of the nearby restaurants and shop were closed Monday-Thursday, which was when we were visiting. Our kids loved the pool but otherwise it was a bit too quiet for them. The garden appeared a little over-grown - I think some pruning would allow the pool to be visible from the verandah so that kids can be more easily monitored, which would be wonderful. We had a little trouble finding the house and beach access but that was likely because the arrows on the provided map had shifted when opened on our device - providing a pdf instead of Word document might solve it. We would have appreciated towels & bbq briquettes being provided as we had neither.

Un cadre idyllique pour cette villa spacieuse. Le jardin est superbe, la piscine au top! Idéal pour un séjour en famille, nous étions 7! (Pensez à emporter de quoi lutter contre les moustiques).

A great place for you to be positioned close to Poe beach. It’s got a rustic charm and the outside entertaining area is such a beautiful and peaceful setting. The pool is a bonus and the proximity to the beach is sensational. We wish we would’ve stayed a little bit longer.
