We had a good stay here, the location was excellent for easy access to trains and buses, but also very quiet. The cabin had everything we needed, the kitchen was useful and the bed arrangements perfect for us. It warmed up nicely with the heaters. The teenager loved the loft space! There was also lovely local soap in the bathroom.

We booked a last minute stay at Jo’s for the Easter weekend. We wanted something a little different close to the Eden Project that was self catering. We were lucky to get a reservation at such late notice. The small kitchen had everything we needed, the shower was nice and hot and the bed was comfy. Was quite keen to sleep in the loft room but the beds weren’t made up, so do ask in advance if you want to sleep up there. It was probably expected that only kids want to sleep in the roof! I think you would get that full benefit of the place in the summer as there is a lovektvterrace and place to have a fire pit. The location is perfect for anyone coming by train as it is right next to the station. It feels very private. The communication from Jo was great and he popped in to say hi when we arrived. Would highly recommend going to Charlestown during your stay! Thanks very much, we had a lovely time!

Met Jo during checkin. He was very gracious, accommodating and attended all our needs. He even provided a welcome gift of bread, eggs, butter and milk for our stay. The cabin was unique and clean. Location was very quiet and accessible. The amenities were as described. We used this place as our base in exploring other nearby towns. I am very much pleased with our stay! Thank you Jo and Ginny!

Wir ( meine zwei Töchter,5 und 6 Jahre und eine Freundin) Waren für eine Woche in dem netten Tiny Haus von Jo. Es war sehr schön und wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Das kleine Häuschen hat eine tolle Atmosphäre und die Strände rund um St. Austell sind traumhaft. Der Bus hat uns ein paar mal sitzen lassen, aber das hat Stimmung nicht getrübt. Allgemein glaube ich mit einem Auto kann man noch leichter all die wunderschönen Ecken entdecken.
