Leydi is a great host - very responsive and helpful. The apartment is centrally located within walking distance of supermarkets, restaurants, laundromats, and shops. It has its own bath and a king size bed. The kitchen area is shared with another guest. It is off a busier street, so traffic noise can get a little loud but that decreases around 11pm. A white noise machine helps with that. It has air conditioning and a ceiling fan for the evening and a nice cross breeze from the windows during the day. It also has balconies overlooking the street and another in the rear. This was our second stay here and we plan on returning regularly. It has what most travelers need and we highly recommend it.

Muy bien la ubicación y cuenta con todos los servicios, el lugar esta muy bien, lo único que sucede es que hay mucho ruido en las noches porque es zona muy concurrida por los restaurantes y bares cerca, pero todo lo demas es genial🥰🫶🏼

Really enjoyed my stay! Needed a place to park my scooter and Leydi was very quick to respond and let me know where to park it inside the gate. They also have a dive outfit one block over, which made mornings before the dive very easy and stress free. Cesar was a great dive master and very accommodating. Location was perfect. Next door to a great brewery with interesting “crafty” food, easy walk to the square, ferry, and other restaurants/bars/shops.. On my last day here, Leydi’s assistant held my luggage and let me keep my scooter inside the gate, until I finished diving for the day, which was a huge help. Room was basic but had everything you needed. Clean, cold AC, hot shower. Well worth the money. Will definitely be back when I make my way back to Cozumel.

No está mal el lugar pero huele mucho a undead y ni se diga a orina de gato esta muy pequeño el cuarto y requiere un poco de mantenimiento, también requiere un espacio donde colocar las maletas y ropa (closed) no me desagradó pero si tienen que mejorarlo un poco más porque el precio está muy alto para el lugar.
