Teresa’s place was clean cozy and comfortable. She accommodated several changes and promptly answered any questions we had. We felt right at home immediately. The breakfast and coffee provided was greatly appreciated. I’d happily stay here again. Thanks Teresa!

We booked a home for our stay in Klamath Falls. Then our needs changed. I communicated this to Teresa, just to let her know we were going to try and squeeze in a couple additional people. She was able to find us a different, more suitable home. This home was perfect for our needs. The cookware was awesome! (Thought I should mention it.) There was a doggie-door that led to a fenced, safe yard. The home was clean and comfortable. If you usually bring your own pillows for sleeping, as we do. Let me tell you, it's not necessary. There were plenty of high-quality pillows on the beds. We were relaxed, comfortable, and loved our vacation in this home.

Teresa’s house was exactly as advertised and my friends and I had a great visit. Teresa did a great job communicating with us, giving us directions as well as even some tips for local events happening around town. We booked this property for a long weekend and my friends and I both had our dogs. The place was a bit cozy for 4 adults and multiple dogs but we made it work. There is a small fenced yard next to the house but a larger un-fenced space directly behind that house that we used to get our dogs some time outside. Thanks again Teresa!

This is a very honest review that I hope people see as I wish I had seen this review while booking. This home got two stars solely because the beds were extremely comfortable and the shower had hot water. That’s all the positives of this place. Unfortunately there is no refund policy except cleaning fee. Had we been able to get more than $75 from $1071 we would have canceled after seeing the place. The location is terrible, busy street with questionable neighbors on some sides. Outside is run down and not usable, inside tried to be nice but the wrong things done to improve it. The carpet in the hallway and bedrooms was old and gross and had been ripped in the hallway with just a rug over it. Cabinet doors missing with knobs falling off in the kitchen. There are rules all over the house of what you can and can’t do. Having guests stay in your home, means normal daily wear and tear. There are more than a few mentions of needing 5 star results throughout the house and emails. Which felt a little pushy. You should want honest reviews. I am not one to usually complain publicly but this home is a disappointment to be on Airbnb and feel like others need to know before booking.

Clean, nice house with plenty of parking in the back. Brought a grill and used the little backyard to make some food. Walking distance to Circle K and a few little restaurants. There were a lot of rules signs all over the inside of the house (please clean up after yourself, don’t put drinks on the bed side tables, things of that nature) that made the stay a little stressful. We’re clean people but we were constantly wondering if were not being clean enough.

We would love to host you! *****Some quick things to Note: ***** Our prices are setup for one person occupancy as the majority of our guests are single occupants. On Nightly Stays ************** We charge $20-30 more per additional occupant to cover the additional cleaning, linens & towels plus the cost of breakfast (Waffles & Pancakes are in the freezer), Syrup, creamer, sugar, tea & coffee (both regular and decaf) PLUS the additional toiletries & supplies. Please be sure to book for the exact number of occupants that will be in the home. On Long Term Stays: ****************** We charge $10 more per additional occupant to cover the additional linens & towels. Breakfast is typically not provided but your first night of coffee is. Please understand that we are not a Hotel and do not have a horde of staff. I am the one that does all the hosting PLUS all the cleaning and prep work (on top of my day job) so in order to continue providing this service and accepting pets and one night stays - please, please, please book for the exact numbers of occupants. And Please keep pets off the furniture. I have blankets you can use to cover the couch just in case of Whoops Moments or for you to snuggle with. But it takes hours to clean a dog paw printed &/or pet hair covered couch. **PLEASE NOTE: For some reason - not all of our homes are showing up on a 29 day stay or longer unless you go to the individual home's page.
