Comfortable townhouse a short ride away from beach and club house (golf cart provided). Everything was functioning well in the townhouse, including outside grill. Lots of space inside the house and on the back yard, which was facing a pool dedicated to a few nearby townhouses. Pros: great house, golf cart, grill, no neighbors during a weekdays, 10 min ride to Super99, not too far from Valley De Anton. Cons: some facilities (i.e. billiard and gym) are only available to residents of apartment building, but not the townhouse; lack of life during the weekdays (i.e. no people on the beach or pools, no music, restaurant at the beach house was closed, etc.) Overall, we had a good experience and would stay here again if we are back.

El lugar estuvo hermoso! El departamento y los alrededores de ensueño. Te invita a quedarte unos días más! La comunicación con el anfitrión fue excelente, siempre dispuesto a ayudar con las dudas que teníamos! Lo recomendamos 100%. Definitivamente es un lugar al que regresaría siempre.

The townhouse is comfortable and spacious. The pool is just steps from the backyard which was super convenient, we enjoyed the BBQ and the paddle court as well. Rooms are exactly as shown in the photos. Everything is clean and well maintained. The communication with Sery the host was easy and she replied really fast. There are nice restaurants near by. It’s a great property.

This stay overall was fine. TV in the living room didn’t have volume, I tried everything, changed batteries for the controllers, changed cables, manually doing it on the tv, but that also didn’t work. One of the chairs were broken and I sat down (without knowing it was already cracked) and I fell to the ground and the chair cut me a-little on my leg. I also thought it was the townhouse , but it’s just the bottom level not the entire townhouse. Golf cart was used once just to move it from where it was parked to the house and the next morning had a flat tire and never got to use it. All these things were sent to the person in charged. First day she responded very quickly and was super helpful, second day I stayed never got an answer, and I understand we all have things to do, but never really got to use fully what I paid for. But it’s ok. Other than that, pool area was beautiful for sure, the actually stay was clean and very nice, environment was also peaceful.
