Its easy to underestimate the size and space offered here with several different 'relaxation areas' on offer for larger families or groups. We were instantly comfortable. Excellent indoor and outdoor amenities including fantastic Range of BBQ equipment and great views of the sea from the pool area.

This place is just as the pictures show. It’s incredibly large and great for big groups. The rooftop pool was so fun with lots of area to hang out on. The two floors were private and offered great space for each of the two families we traveled with. Sergio was very responsive and helped accommodate any ask/request we made. We enjoyed the walking distance to the beach. There aren’t restaurants or bars in walking distance but the house offers so much that you won’t want to leave.

We had a fantastic stay and thoroughly enjoyed the house. Tons of room to stretch out and several hammocks for the nappers in our group. Really enjoyed rooftop area and pool for afternoon lounging, views were amazing. Great kitchen and amazing grill setup and outdoor areas. Easy trips to Coronado and visited Marina but house was so awesome we spent most of our time there as a group. Excellent communciation with Sergio and can’t wait to stay again. For us this stay felt very luxurious and peaceful.

Nice big house within a calm luxury private and guarded resort. There is a small swimming pool and a jacuzzi on the rooftop. Lots of well-equipped bedrooms, inclusive TVs and air cond. The kitchen is spacious and contains all what is needed. The ground terrace has a new barbecue. The garden is green with tall trees giving some shadow to this very sunny beach house. The long black sand beach is at 5 minutes walking distance, completely private. Not suited for small children as waves can be high and strong. Plan to arrive with a car, 4x4 not needed. Restaurants and shops are about 15 minutes driving distance.
