I was fortunate to spend an extended time here during the virus outbreak. My clean and comfortable room with a hot shower, the beautiful and peaceful central garden, and the short walk into town helped to make my stay very relaxing. The staff is busy day and night cleaning and updating and caring for the property. The beautiful and famous canyon is just a few kilometers away. It’s the perfect place to stop coming to or from Honduras on the Pan-American highway. Highly recommended!

Maison agréable, propre, calme, à 10 minutes du centre ville. Personnel très serviable. Karla nous a organisé la sortie dans le canyon. Nous avons passé un bon séjour. Le positionnement de la casa sur le plan de Airbnb est incorrect. Utiliser MAPS.ME et voir 'Somoto's Hostal' qui est bien positionné.

A really clean and safe place. We ended up having 2 rooms, and felt totally secure having the kids in their own room. (everyone loved that ;-). The staff was informative and tentative. There was a small kitchen to do our own cooking. They helped us connect with a great guy to take us to Somoto Canyon, which was a short distance away - and a phenomenal experience!!. It was a short walk into town, which was really nice also. Would definitely stay here again. Oh, it was kinda tricky to find the place (a combo of no addresses in Nicaragua, poor connectivity/GPS). Get a number and call them!

We stayed one night and everything was nice and we had a dog with us and there was a cute garden where he could roam around. I recommend Karla’s place.
