If comfort and cleanliness is what you seek when you lay your head down in someone else's home, Michael's home will not disappoint. He is an extremely conscientious host, whose response time is amazing. This home is just lovely from the outside and is just as thoughtful on the inside. What does that mean? There is plenty of space, comfortable furniture, lamps, black out curtains, toiletries, kitchen supplies, towels, etc. In the words of my husband, "if you can't find it at Michael's, you probably don't need it!" Thank you Michael for a great stay! We would definitely book with you again!

We had an amazing time at Michael's place! When we first arrived we all noted that the place was absolutely spotless. It was so clean and comfortable immediately. The furniture was all very comfortable, including the beds, which is sometimes a challenge for me. That couch in the living room was so comfy i thought my husband was just going to live there all weekend! The kitchen suited us perfectly. We enjoyed mixing drinks and sitting around the big table chatting and making snacks! We didnt actually cook anything, but you absolutely could! There are 2 very clean bathrooms that worked perfectly for us. The tile floors in the bathroom are so cute and fun, I kept finding myself staring at them! The location is so great. You could walk to the seawall so easily and go to the beach or Murdochs or restaurants without needing to drive. We had a great time. Would definitely recommend it to anyone!

We got to the Airbnb the day after Michael had updated some of the furniture, and everything was clean and inviting. The neighborhood was quiet and only a short walk to the beach and some restaurants. He sent a list with some local recommendations for shopping and eating, so we decided to try one of the restaurants he suggested (Los Patrones) and were not disappointed! For my family's first Airbnb experience, we were impressed and are already looking ahead to plan another stay!

The Apartment/ rental property was clean and comfortable and beautiful inside. The rooms were nice size and comfortable. The Host Michael was very nice and very responsive to my questions and answered them with urgency. We are overall pleased with the stay at this property. Very close to the beach as well. .. The only thing that I would have done differently is get a rental property without so many stairs (14) because my knees hurt and my aunt walks with a cane and extremely hard to help her walk up and down stairs. That was my fault for not doing better research on Handicapped accessibility. Thanks so very much Michael we had a wonderful visit.

I booked this location for my husband to stay at a few days while visiting friends in the area. He was very impressed with the home and location! Very clean and comfortable for his liking. Will definitely book again!
