Knowing now that this particular tiem of year the lake is very high without any beaches and that the nearby access to the lake was not as close as expected I would have chosen somewhere else. However later in the season when the lake is lower it will be more of a prime spot for prime rates. Beautifully kept. Wonderful garden. Great coffee. Nearby Ganges. Lovely hosts. Not dissatisfied but would have like to have known more about the lake in April before booking

I had a lovely stay at the Wheelhouse Suite. The space was clean and cozy and the bed was really comfortable. The location is great, sauna is a huge value add - be sure to take a stroll to the lake! I would 100% stay again on my next trip to Salt Spring.

We loved our stay at Wheelhouse Suite! It was such a peaceful location. The suite had everything we needed and the sauna was such a nice treat to get warm on a rainy spring day. Our dogs felt right at home too! Anne and John were awesome hosts and we loved reading their story in the 'about the property' binder. They were friendly and responsive and we would definitely go back. Highly recommend!

Lovely, well appointed suite with a gorgeous view of the lake. We had everything we needed and felt right at home. John was very friendly and communicative. We would happily stay there again.
