I am a Nassuvian that lives on a family island. This place was perfect for me to come and visit my family, everything was organized and clean very beautiful home and clean pool. The area was next to some of my favorite restaurants and was easy to find. I asked for my family to come and enjoy the pool and Dion agreed without hesitation. Super generous and fast response with everything. Whenever I am visiting Nassau I definitely will stay here again! thanks Dion for making my family trip a wonderful one :)

Overall: for the price, this is a great spot. It is bare bones, but pretty much as advertised (although the furniture is different than in the photos, it is just the same in terms of quality and feel). The property not having an address to be put into a map was complicated because it was a little hard to direct other people to the address (taxis, mostly). You can walk to the grocery store that's behind the house through the little jungle path, although that wouldn't be advised for older folks, people who aren't surefooted, children, or anyone who isn't cool with being brushed about by foliage. We were bullish about not renting a car, but in hindsight, it is advisable. Cabs are very expensive and there are no workarounds. we walked to the beach and that was lovely! we took the #10 bus to downtown Nassau and walked to sandyport a few times. The pool is absolutely lovely, though the lights and the fountains were down for maintenance during our stay.

Dion was flexible with the check in, we did checked in 1 earlier . I did appreciated that. He suggested us to rent a car, which was a very important advice. He gave us information on how to easily reach the property. The house is clean and spacious, exactly like the pictures. The neighbourhood is very nice. The pool gives the vibe and also clean, ready to use at anytime.
