This place was really clean and comfortable, and felt like home. Ken, our host was there to answer any questions we had. He was quite amazing even as far as bringing a gallon of fresh water to us after making the suggestion that the owners should provide water for their guests. Ken also set up transportation for us to and from the airport. Our driver was just as fabulous! It’s the little things that made our stay so comfortable. We will be staying here again in the future. This Airbnb gets 5+ stars from us! Thanks again for your hospitality, Ken!

Ken was so helpful and responsive. It was such a relief we had wi-fi as my phone didn't work in the Bahamas without it. There was coffee there for us which was a bonus after being at the Ashram where we went without any caffeine for 5 days. The place was sparkling clean and so comfortable and refreshing. We felt safe the entire time. The beach was across the street and up a block or so but we didn't mind the walk at all. We did end up walking to the grocery store, Super Value, which is extremely expensive but when you need some fruit, water, snacks it was full of options and worth the 20 minute walk. Our host, Ken, went the extra mile by arranging a driver from the boat from the Ashram to his place and then another driver a couple of days later to the airport. They were higher priced than what we paid to go a lot further in our trip but, again, the stress of searching and finding that was relieved and welcomed the extra couple of bucks for his help. It was so nice to have a washer and drying 5 days into our trip at the Bahamas as we needed to do a load of light, daily items of wear that was so appreciated to have clean clothes to wear on the plane. The soaps and shampoo were another bonus because I was out due to an unfortunate explosion in my suitcase on the way down and could only salvage enough to last a couple of day. Silverware would've been an appropriate touch since there were dishes to use. 1 spoon didn't really help the two of us do any cooking at our BnB. Also, out of our host's control, the power went out for several hours each day which affected the temperature and zero wi-fi in the house. We called Ken and he was extremely responsive and finding a solution so it wasn't a big deal. Also, it was really hard to get the AC to work but it eventually kicked in and everything was all good. Perhaps provide some instructions on how to adjust? Overall, just really grateful we found this place and would highly recommend. This was better than a hotel by a long shot. Thanks again!
