Great place for a spot right on the beach. Great every morning to walk out and sit and watch the sun come up on the beach all by yourself.

We loved our stay! We were traveling with two small children, and having immediate access to the beautiful beach was perfect. We were within walking distance to a great smoothie bar that we had for breakfast every day, only 10-15 minutes walking to Baha Mar, and a quick bus ride to downtown. Everything was easily accessible, and the spot is in a great location. The apartment was clean and open, and the bed was super comfy. We were able to keep cool in the AC, and watch the sunrise and sunsets from the dining room window. We couldn’t have asked for more! Thank you Lou!

Lou’s place was exactly what we needed to w joyous stay in the Bahamas. It was so simple yet stocked with all the necessary items to cook for a family of 6 for the full week. We especially loved the location next to the beach and enjoyed the local attractions and restaurants. We were able to walk to town to get groceries and made many stops at the Dutch Bakery!

This place is all about the beautiful beach!! The unit itself needs updated, the floors were wavy and several tiles cracked. Kitchen was poorly stocked with cooking utensils. Sink sponge was old and gross, no wash rags so I used paper towels to wash dishes. Neighbor’s rooster crowed several times starting at 2:30 am. That beach tho❤️
