We can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay! We visited for our honeymoon and all of the staff we encountered (especially Sarah) were friendly and very quick to respond. The location could not have been more perfect for what we were looking for. We visited Easter week which meant Baha Mar was very crowded as many families were staying there for Spring Break. The beauty of this was that if we wanted to be in on the action, we were directly next-door, however we had such a peaceful and private setting at this unit to relax. The private beach was key and SO beautiful and relaxing. There is easy transportation via taxi or bus directly outside of the unit. We were greeted by Winnie and were very impressed with how well stocked the unit was not only with household items, but also with snacks and basic groceries to get us started. The unit was exactly as described and spotless. We cannot have had a better experience, and will plan to return next time we visit the Bahamas!

We are so happy that we found this condo, it was excellent and just as it was described on the pictures. We were there from March 10-23. When we got there Winnie welcomed us and gave us a tour around the place, plus the private pool area. Love that we had our private beach area. Although the beach water wasn’t as warm as we would’ve wanted it to be, we at least had the pool which by the way was heated that was a plus. We were able to make breakfast at the condo, and dine at the Baha Mar. Everything about this stay was wonderful can’t wait to go back again. Hopefully next time with the whole family and rent that gorgeous penthouse. By the way everyone was so helpful and friendly in the building. I will totally recommend this place if you want to stay somewhere private but with the options of going to the other hotels for fun activities.

Overall: wonderful unit; good location; extremely responsive, generous hosts. Issues w the beach, construction, & security need improvement. Pros: Gorgeous, comfortable unit, beyond well stocked. Lovely beach: next to Baha Mar with nearby restaurants/bars. Cons: Beach was a parking lot for motorized watercraft: noisy, smelled of gasoline, & made 4 a dangerous swimming area. Also, interlopers sitting on the beach show the need for more signage that this is a private beach. Major bldg. construction project not disclosed to us prior to arrival. Our hosts were renovating multiple other units, too. Except for Sun, construction noise started as early as 8:45am, lasted all day; we couldn’t sleep in, nap, relax. The area felt safe, but instead of the “fully secure building with concierge at the front desk” from the listing, there was a desk with 1 non-uniformed person, usually on their phone. The construction was a security issue too: side door propped open w random guys entering the property.

Sarah was a fantastic host. The amenities were exactly as described. Did the walk to Baha Mar several times for a work conference and it was easy back and forth just as they describe. The surrounding area was nice and well kept. We felt safe, they always had somebody in the lobby. We only ran into 3 other couples in passing on the elevator felt like we had the whole building to ourselves. The pool had little traffic and the beach was always empty in front of the building. Would highly recommend. Top notch service from Winnie and Anitra they were extremely friendly and kept the room clean throughout our visit.
