Wonderful and beautiful house that is right on the beach! Plenty of room 2 families with lots of kids. The views are unbeatable and the beach is so convenient for adults and kids. I highly recommend this house and the location.
Beautiful location & beach. Home needs some attention. Kitchen, patio, need upgrades. Otherwise nice solid house, clean and bright.

The pictures doesn’t do justice to this house. I can’t wait to return on my next trip back to the Bahamas!
A unique one-of-a-kind villa right on the beach, can’t beat the location on the water with your own private pristine sand beach, yet also walking distance to most everything you need! Charles was super helpful with local recommendations such as local fresh seafood, cigars etc. Would highly recommend and absolutely will come back again very soon!

Hello, my name is Charles and for almost two generations my family has been in The Bahamas. I've been to over a dozen islands in the Bahamas (still many to visit, as there are 700 in total) and I can tell you, this country has so much spectacular beauty its almost unimaginable. We settled on this property after considering several other places in Nassau and on other islands too. We currently live between here and a home in South Florida, and we come back often, on off- season mostly. We love renting it when we're not using it, it's exciting for us to get to share our favorite place in the world and all its beauty with others.
