We had a great stay. The host was very responsive, she bought us beach toys for the kids, and lent us beach chairs. She checked in most days. Everything was as described. Clean and comfortable. Very close to Cable beach, good restaurants nearby as well as Starbucks and the grocery store. We would stay here again.

We wanted an epic spring break and it was definitely epic. Sam was a fantastic host. Always answered any questions I had. The house was lovely. We were told up front the guest houses were full and we would be sharing the pool and grill area which was no big deal. The jacuzzi is private for the main house and was great to relax in at the end of the day. The beach access is at the end of the lane so the walk isn’t far and because it’s beside Sandals there’s always security on the street. We felt very safe. We rented jet skis at the beach and had a great time. Sam had chairs and umbrellas available. You can also rent loungers on the beach. We rented a vehicle for the week so getting around was no problem. Everything was clean and well appointed and we really really loved it!

We booked the Pink Palms for 6 of us and it did not disappoint! The space itself is absolutely stunning and it’s obvious that a lot of thought and care went into finishing each space. We felt like we had enough room in the house and enjoyed the outdoor space and heated plunge pool! Being right next to the Sandals made us feel safer, and with the double locks on the front door and various parts of the property, we felt comfortable. The villa is only a 5 minute drive from Baha Mar or a 20 minute drive to New Providence, so really well located. Cable Beach, the public beach at the end of the street, is incredibly close, but is nothing special. Otherwise, location was close to both the grocery store and liquor store which was very convenient. The host, Sam, was very responsive to any requests, so thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay, the house was bigger then the pictures appeared. Very clean and so peaceful! The beach was so close we could easily make trips back forth to use the restroom/grab lunch etc., the beach at this location was quite each time we went and very relaxing! I appreciate the host was very responsive each time we had to reach out. Would absolutely stay again!

The main house is spacious and clean. We were a party of four ladies and each had our own bedroom. Restaurants, Starbucks, grocery and liquor stores all walking distance across the street. I would recommend walking a little past the house to get to the crosswalk, as some drivers don't obey speed limits. Tuga is a new restaurant that opened about a month ago and the owner gave us a mini tour of the place. On Thursday-Saturday night they have a DJ upstairs. We also liked Meze. Bartenders were fun. The 3 addiitional "cottages" are attached to the house. More like a nice hotel rooom with one bed and sitting area. Very clean and modern. Not sure of the rates on those, we only rented the main house. We also did the Funky Adventure Jeep Tour (extended limo style jeep) (with driver Leroy) to popular tourist spots downtown Nassau. It's a smooth easy ride, no off-road or anything crazy, but you do get on and off several times. Last stop was a small lunch at Drifters Fish Fry we enjoyed.
