Alex is exactly the type of host you hope to be paired up with on these excursions. He takes great pride in his (originally built!) house, is incredibly communicative and very accommodating, At first my family and I had concerns about being outside of a resort internationally with children and elderly parents but we immediately felt at ease knowing alex lives on the grounds and has been living on the island for 27 years. The house is an absolute no-brainer. 5 mins from the airport/grocery store/10 mins to the beautiful public beaches. It’s truly a versatile option if you plan to stay with family or bring friends. My kid had a blast roaming the property and exploring the nature of the gated grounds. The pool area is idyllic and the view from upstairs has a full 180 view of the ocean. We would absolutely be back and only wish we would have hosts that could compare to alex in the future. Alex if you’re reading this, thank you again for all of your hospitality. - Tom & Co.

Alex has truly set up an incredible venue with all you need and more in Nassau. A breathtaking view of the ocean with lots of space indoors and out. Solemar restaurant which is just down the road is a perfect spot for lunch, dinner or just drinks. A safe, responsible, and caring host. Will definitely be coming back! Thanks Alex!

Cima Del Mar was an absolutely beautiful location for our group of 11 women. Spacious and private with lots of bathrooms! The neighbourhood felt extremely safe and the local beach was quiet, large and clean. Alex was the most helpful host I’ve experienced through Airbnb. He provided tons of information, suggestions and tips including recommendations on where to shop, the best taxi services and beautiful restaurants. He was very quick to respond when we had questions as well. I highly recommend this location and hope to visit again one day!

Our stay was fantastic. The house is stunning beautiful! Beautiful view very peaceful. The host AlEX REED was very responsive, helpful, very welcoming. An excellent Host. We would absolutely stay here again without a hesitation. And all he’s recommendations were amazing. Thank you again Alex!!
