Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Welcome to Oceans at Sulgrave Manor! This one-of-a-kind rental here in Nassau is known for its amazing location right on Goodman’s Bay. It is a private paradise on the most highly sought-after white sand beach in all of Nassau, and only footsteps away from Baha Mar, right on Cable Beach and 10 minutes to Downtown. 30 second beach walk to Baha Mar or a beautiful 3 minute walk down the lit up path to Baha Mar. With 2,200 sqft of living space this unit is perfect for relaxing and entertaining. It features a newly renovated and open concept kitchen, a beautiful dining and living room area and a stunning balcony with views of the pool. The unit features 3 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite, the primary bedroom features a walk-in closet and ocean view, the second has a huge built-in closet system, and the third bedroom features a wall to wall closet system.

Great place and location! We would definitely stay there again!
We loved our stay here! The condo was spacious, & you can’t be any closer to Baha Mar. Sarah and Winnie were responsive ans very helpful. As an extended family (brought inlaws) you can’t beat the space of Oceans. This was our 1st Bahamas trip, as a group I’d stay here again. If I came back with just my husband & son, I might opt to stay directly at Baha Mar to take advantage of some of their amenities. Pros Quiet beach - never more than a few people from the condo using it. The condo itself - it matched the pictures. Winnie - she was very helpful during our stay. Cons - out of control for Sarah Washer smoked - they allowed us to use another washer in the building and are replacing. However it was in use when we needed at times and someone would switch our laundry Beach path- Baha Mar security stopped us multiple times from leaving the resort to walk on the beach back (no resort band, no exit to back) Pool lounge area-couldn’t use during week as construction crew had setup there

This is the BEST Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in, the space is stunning and spotless, the welcome/breakfast spread is so generous, Sarah is responsive and goes above and beyond to meet any requests. We gave Winnie a grocery list when we arrived and she went to four different stores to make sure we got everything, she even let us borrow a blender when she realized from the list we were hoping to make frozen drinks. We took advantage of one day of the complimentary housekeeping and the cleaners were amazing. The beach in front of the unit is very private and there were plenty of chairs to drag out to a spot of our choice. You will not be disappointed with this stay! It was also great to have Baha mar next door for food/drinks/casino but then retreat to our quiet location. If you get invited up to check out the 5th floor make sure you do, the view is stunning. If we come back to Bahamas we’ll be planning our trip around availability at one of Sarah’s units.

You can either walk along the beach to access Baha Mar in just 30 seconds or you can opt for the beautiful scenic lit up path walk to Baha Mar which takes about 3 minutes!
