Sonal was an amazing host and so helpful! She went above and beyond to make sure we had all the resources and local recommendations. We used the delivery grocery store, her cab driver, and her private chef recommendation. It was the perfect place for a large group! It felt like an escape with gorgeous views, oceanfront access and a nice pool while also being a quick cab ride away from the airport and major resorts. We felt very safe and loved our trip!

For such an expensive per night airbnb we were very disappointed with the house, the most frustrating issue was that we did not have hot water for 2 days. This led to cold showers and was very uncomfortable. The pool was gross the whole time and the hot tub never warmed up. Part of the reason we booked this place was for the pool and hot tub and we were not able to use it. Although there was a hurricane before we arrived, and sea water was in the pool, Sonal on the phone said we would work out a discount for this, but then on airbnb messages she said she would not give any discount. If you have issues with her, ensure you put the issues in writing on airbnb. The house itself was pretty dilapidated, with cracks in the walls, and broken chairs (which she tried to charge me for). In addition to that, the water filter on the sink barely worked and an ac unit didn't work.

All in all this was a good location and was able to fit our larger group. There was plenty of rooms, the appliances worked, and we got to wake up to a great view every day. However, The place needs some serious work done to it. It’s not just little touch ups. Some of the walls in the living room are rotted throughout with significant water damage. When it rained it leaked in multiple rooms through the walls and windows. There’s cracks and peeled walls all over the main floor. Additionally the main shower was all busted up looking and rusted with water damage on the walls. There were cloth curtains in the shower which get soaked when on and likely moldy. In the main bedroom there’s multiple loose tiles and they stick out so it’s easy to trip or stub your toe.
