This is going to be a long winded review, but I think this place deserves it. Some of the other reviews are misleading so I want to share as much detail as possible. First off this place was GREAT. We had a large group of 25-30 year olds that stayed for a week leading up to an engagement. The house itself had everything we wanted. The outdoor seating area and pool were awesome and we spent most of our time at the large table on outside. The view was phenomenal and the staff were great. We really feel like it was the perfect house for our group... now the things that MAY bother other folks, but were more of a blip on the radar for us: There was one instance of a stranger who came and claimed they were there to repair the cable. We called our host and she told us he was NOT supposed to be there and send him away. The water pressure was spotty and at times multiple showers didn't work. The road crossing to the beach is a little busy and you have to be careful. All in all, we loved it.

lovely home in a great locale in the bahamas. hard to tell from the photos, so know that the home is NOT on the beach -- it's across the road; facing the ocean. the views are lovely, but it's ocean "view," not "ocean front." service is great, but stay on them and make sure you are coordinating in advance to ensure that all applicances are working, etc. Good value and super location.

I booked this beautiful home for my 30th birthday. I had 10 ppl with me and honestly it was amazing. I loved everything about this home and the location. You are close to everything but still have your own private location and private beach. Cornelia made sure we had a driver to get us everywhere we needed and they were on time! The house gives off Bahamas vibes and their way of living. I was just so in love. Even the cottage we had was beautiful and made us feel like we were in Bahamas on a private get away. THE VIEWS ARE INCREDIBLE. When it rained we were able to see the full rainbow and that was the cherry on top for me. This house is everything. Cornelia was a great host and responded quickly to whatever we needed. We also got our deposit back 2 days after our trip so that was perfect. The only little things I would say is just make sure you get everything you need from the store like trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. don’t worry the store is like 5 mins up the street. Make sure you lock the doors. We thought we locked the patio door but it wasn’t locked and someone came in and stole $300 from the down stairs room :( Lastly the washer was broken. It looked brand new but it was unplugged and filled with water. The gas stove doesn’t work properly. There is only one burner that works full. But it did it’s job and made breakfast every morning. When we got there, the couch Smelled like wet ppl sit on it and once it dried it gives off a little sour smell but nothing major. Other than these little hiccups the house it worth it. I would definitely book again to stay here. Thank you Jacqueline and Cornelia <3
