Sarah’s condo is top notch! Exactly as it looks in the pictures. Plenty of space and very functional. Construction quality and furnishings are high end. The location is truly unique given it is so close to Baha Mar you feel like you are staying there without the crowds and at a better price point. The pool and beach are very nice and rarely busy. Sarah and Winnie are very helpful as are the concierge staff in the building. Highly recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful vacation at Sulgrave Manor! Sarah was a very responsive and helpful host. When he took care of us throughout our stay. This was the perfect place for our family of four adults and four kids! We would recommend it highly to anyone looking for a peaceful beach vacation!

Our unit was exactly as described in the listing. Sarah is a super host. She provided plenty of information before we arrived and the unit was well equipped for a very comfortable arrival and stay. The private beach is excellent and we felt fortunate to be there instead of the packed beaches on either side of us at Breezes and Baha Mar. Our unit was recently renovated and everything worked well. The updates are really stylish and comfortable. It was very convenient to have plenty of toiletries, laundry & dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, beach towels, water and gas for the grill. We really enjoyed our stay!
