The apartment itself is great: just as pictured, and the location is impeccable. Prospective guests should know that this isn't a typical AirBnB, and the host isn't actually a person named "Florian." The unit and building are instead a long-term residential hotel, and the host is an off-site management company by the name of "Mavo Hospitality," which has chosen to list the unit on AirBnB presumably among other sites. This circumstance was reflected a bit in spotty communication responses and check-in instructions from the hosting company. All that said, however, the neighborhood is wonderful and quiet, the building brand new, the unit is as pictured and quite pleasant, and the price reasonable.

Schöne Wohnung und tolle Lage. Die Kommunikation hat auch bei versehentlichem Aussperren super funktioniert und es war alles super! Gerne wieder!
