We were anxious about finding the cottage; the actual physical address isn’t given to you. You receive pictures of the outside. It does take some time to identify and locate correctly. The driveway is steep and might be tricky if you are bringing along a trailer. There is a parking up top closer to the road front should you wish to use. We arrived at the check in time that’s stated on the listing however the cleaner was still present and appeared surprised. This encounter was awkward. The cottage has all the amenities one would require. Some considerations to note: We had to bring our own towels and personal toiletries to use Although the listing states an aluminum boat, it isn’t for use for the guests You would have to bring your own life vests Kayaks and paddle boards are available for your personal use The walk down to the dock is fairly steep and might be tricky for young kids or elderly There isn’t a bath tub if you have young kids You have to depart with all your trash
