Joel’s place was wonderful, clean, well stocked. Joel thinks of every little detail. Beds were comfortable. He communicated well. We had a great stay. One thing to note that I didn’t catch onto when looking at the listing is that he lives in the house but rents it out when he is gone on a trip. Was a little wary of this when I realized this, but it just made his house that much more homey and there was no detail missed. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect for a getaway to Nashville. Easy access to Broadway and downtown and close to several good local restaurants.

My fiancé went for his Bachelor weekend and had a great time. He said the house was very comfortable and homey and was very close to broadway. He wants to come back and said he would stay here again!

My family of five adults stayed at Joel's place this September. Joel was extremely easy to communicate with and super friendly. His place was very clean, comfortable and stocked with anything/everything you could need. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were stocked with lots of clean towels and plenty of toiletries. Fridge was also stocked with bottled water, fresh juice and coffee creamers. The location was great with easy access to the interstate. His neighborhood felt very safe and we appreciated the long driveway. We would definitely stay there again.
