Not perfect (what is?), but still worthy of 5 stars as the location and description of the unit were accurately described. This is a perfect location to see the Nashville highlights. Communication was a bit inconsistent upfront, but don’t worry, the front desk has all the answers and they are very responsive.

The stay was wonderful. My unit was as describe and the location could not have been any better! We were within walking distance to everything. All responses were received and responded to timely. Security in the building made me feel even more confident that I had picked a great place to stay. Mr. Richard noted struggles with parking and made it his mission to calm me and help me get my very large SUV in the appropriate parking spot in the garage without being hit or me hitting anyone. He also kindly escorted us to the front desk as it was later in the evening. I am grateful and he provided excellent services. The front desk that evening did not have a very good attitude and was rather nasty. However the beauty of the unit the location and security overshadowed that one negative note in the trip! I will certainly book again.

Even better than we expected! We travel a lot and this was easily in the top 1%. Can’t say enough good things!!! Team at the front desk was outstanding again. We will definitely seek out and stay at Placemakr properties whenever possible.
