Low key, relaxed, people person. Love meeting guests & hosting through Airbnb! It’s a great experience to share my home. I've met many fascinating & friendly travelers from all over the world! COVID variants continue to evolve & people are traveling from farther distances. For the well being of all guests, every reservation requests must have a government issued photo ID on their Airbnb profile & provide a copy of your COVID immunization records, through messages, prior to arrival. Guests developing contagious signs of illness will be asked to confirm diagnosis, test or leave. Every effort will be made to offer you a clean, comfortable, smoke free room. There is no smoking on the premises, either inside or outside my home. No smokers. Linens, lampshades, walls, towels all require additional cleaning to prepare the listing for guests with health conditions requiring smoke free listings. After your initial check in and acquainting you with your spaces, I tend to retreat to do my own things. Communication is very, very important to me, especially on the couple of days before your arrival & your check in day. Airbnb is different from a hotel. Hosts are opening their homes & giving you personalized attention. The check in times offer some flexibility but a host also has to have a block of time to prepare your rooms & run errands.
