Pros: - Cost effective - Clean and equipped with amenities - Helpful and courteous service staff for all meals and house-keeping requirements - No mosquitos which is welcoming! - Nice small private seating roof garden with kitchen catering to all requirements including barbeq and bonfire - The host is prompt to assist, help and address any issues and supportive Cons: - The approach road (nearly 1km long) is not made yet - loose stones, mud, no guard rails or light - can be risky to drive in the dark + tough/stressful on tires. The person has to be a good driver to steer his way and find the place - Certainly not for motorcycle riders! - The surrounding is partially under construction (so tuk-tuk) and there's a temple closeby playing loud music in the morning

Hii all We were on a family trip of 9 ppl. N have enjoyed a lot, AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY, New,well maintained, Food is also tasty plus you can also order what you want to have. There is a saying in india अतिथि देवो भवः N i felt this feeling there :) Everyone is so polite n courteous.. Jus a small inconvenience of unconstructed road of around 1 km max.. Rest is really 100 percent recommended Thanks Ashish ji .. :) God bless you
