We arrived to a dirty condo that was not cleaned, with moldy cup of mystery liquid in fridge, garbage in receptacles/fire place, bedding/sheets on the ground, towels on the ground, dirty toilets, and a shot glass crushed in the garbage disposal. The cleaner had not come. John offered us 150 dollars back OR the cleaner to come the next day. Since we couldn't sleep in unmade beds we did 3 loads of laundry, made the beds, vacuumed the whole condo (had to fix the vacuum), cleaned out fridge, and cleaned the dirty toilets. He offered 200 back. After cleaning the first night of 3 was ok, unit still could use a remodel (worn down), but location is great. Next day, the water began to come out very slowly. Tried to message John about it, but no answer. Contacted the lodge nearby and turns out all of Eagle Pointe had a water leak. After losing all water to the unit on second day, and having to melt snow to flush toilets, we decided to leave with one night left. Wouldn't stay again.

Awesome location within sight of one of the lift chairs and short walk to the lodge. John was a great host and very responsive. The condo could use some updated furniture and some of the beds in the loft were uncomfortable. Overall a great stay!

The location of this place is the best and John is quick to return calls... seems like the place could use a good remodel!
