The cabin was nice and very clean! I was not excited about the thought that I was going to have to stay at the local Super 8. I needed to find a place at the last minute due to a funeral, and I had never booked at an Airbnb. I was very skeptical and relieved when I saw the property. The reservations had already been closed, but Karon was very kind and opened up a reservation for me. I was extremely grateful! Due to the nature of my visit, I did not have time to explore the property, but my daughter and grandson did have an opportunity to fish for a while in the small pond. (Karon's husband provided the poles.) He was thrilled when he "almost" landed a huge fish! So big, it broke his line.

This was the best value for dollar I’ve had out of any AirBnB across the country. Such a peaceful experience. Clean place to stay with beautiful surroundings. It’s close to town. Was easy to park my truck. Host was great and 10/10 I would recommend.

This was a perfect location for my mini break to do my diving vacation over at the Bonne Terre mine. Very private and peaceful, with Karon being super helpful and friendly.
